All Disciplines must be compliant with maintaining and adhering to the visit frequency orders. Visit frequencies can be adjusted for every discipline to cater to the patient’s needs. There may only be a need for a discipline to be as needed. Other times it can be weekly, monthly and any other variation that, that specific discipline deems appropriate. It is important to update the Director of Nursing with any visit frequency changes needed to ensure the orders are matching what is actually being done.
