Every month we will hold a monthly all staff meeting, at the end of the meeting every one has a chance to be heard. We will only discuss topics that have been submitted through this platform, unless already discussed directly with management so it can be added to the agenda ahead of time. This will allow us to stay on topic and not get distracted by falling down a rabbit hole of bickers. This is a way for everyone to be heard in a constructive, empowering and team supportive approach.
